It's amazing what God can do for us when we stop creating barriers for ourselves. Once we let go of our Ego and self serving actions, and ask God for guidance and support, our blessings begin to flow like never before.
So instead of looking at life with the old question "Is the cup half empty or is it half full?" You can say "My cup runneth over!"
A couple of references for today's post:
The 23rd Psalm
and the song "Fill My Cup":
Like the woman at the well I was seeking
For things that could not satisfy;
And then I heard my Savior speaking:
"Draw from my well that never shall run dry"
Fill my cup Lord, I lift it up, Lord!
Come and quench this thirsting of my soul;
Bread of heaven, Feed me till I want no more
Fill my cup, fill it up and make me whole!

The World Can't Take It Away
"This joy that I have, the world didn't give it to me!"
You might recognize this from gospel hymns sang in church. Oh how true it is.
I present for you the following bible verse which refers to God and where the joy comes from...
You make known to me the path of life;
in your presence there is fullness of joy;
at your right hand are pleasures forevermore.
Psalm 16:11
Blessings,
CJ
